Disconnection from the Internet

Sometimes you may find that you are disconnected from the Internet and not realise this. Pages you have recently visited still display but not others. These pages will be in you browser cache. Please check that your internet connection is active.

Browser Cache Settings

In some cases you internet browser may not actually be retrieving the latest web pages from out site. Clearing your browser cache may help:

Using Internet Explorer:

1. Click TOOLS
2. Click INTERNET OPTIONS
3. Click GENERAL tab
4. Click DELETE FILES
5. Click OK Close all browser windows.
6. Start your browser and try to login again.

Using Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click TOOLS
2. Click OPTIONS
3. Click PRIVACY
4. Highlight CACHE
5. Click CLEAR
6. Click OK
7. Close all browser windows.
8. Start your browser and try to login again.

Using Netscape Navigator:

1. Click EDIT
2. Click PREFERENCES
3. Double-Click ADVANCED
4. Click CACHE
5. Click CLEAR MEMORY CACHE
6. Click CLEAR DISK CACHE
7. Click OK
8. Close all browser windows.
9. Start your browser and try to login again.

PC Firewall and/or Security Software (Symantec or Norton)

After installing PC Firewall and/or Security Software from Symantec or Norton you may not be able to access your Pampered.com.au Account. You may also find other websites such as Gmail, Hotmail and banking sites may not work. To view how to resolve this issue please go to the following Symantec support link:

PC Firewall and/or Security Software (Symantec or Norton)

If you have a popup blocker enabled you may not be able to view the Pampered.com.au Account page. You will have to enable pop-ups for Pampered.com.au in your browser.
